How do I place a local delivery order?

You place an order by either clicking the “Order Now” button on our website’s homepage or by searching for The Butcher Block in the DoorDash mobile app. The Butcher Block’s DoorDash store will be open from 9 AM – 6:30 PM.

How do I place a Shipping Order?

You can now place orders using our Store page! Just click the link and conveniently scroll through our growing inventory of products. All shipping orders are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy as well as our Nationwide Shipping & Delivery policy. 

Will I still be able to place any orders over the phone?

We will continue to accept local delivery orders over the phone, give us a ring at (718) 784-1078!

How will I be able to order dinner platters?

We have a daily set of dinner platters that become available at 11:00 AM. The menu rotates on the below basis:

Monday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Cajun Brisket, Beef Stew, Chicken Curry, Meat Loaf, BBQ Ribs

Tuesday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Baked Ham, Pastrami

Wednesday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Fresh Turkey, Pork Marsala, Sweet Pork Loin

Thursday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Corned Beef, Seasoned Pork Loin, Meatballs

Friday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Cod, Flounder, Salmon, Coffee Brisket, Chicken Cordon Bleu

Saturday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Stuffed Roast Pork, Chicken Kiev

Sunday – Steak, Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Parm, Roast Beef, Lamb, Fresh Turkey, Baked Ham, Turkey and Ham

When will catering ordering be brought online?

At the current moment, catering will be conducted over the phone, email, or in-store. However, we will soon be bringing an online ordering option before Fall 2025.

How will the “Skip the Stuff” bill affect our local delivery service ?

Per the NYC “Skip the Stuff” bill, we cannot “provide utensils, condiment packets, napkins, or extra containers to take-out or delivery customers, unless requested by the customer.” To remain compliant with this law without inconveniencing you we have added an option to DoorDash for you to indicate which of the above items you want, if any.
