NATIONWIDE SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside our main Terms of Use.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We work with a third party to ship and deliver your products.
All costs and times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only dependent upon and set by third party delivery service.
If you are ordering a perishable product (Meat, Poultry, Butter, Bread) then your package will be frozen for two to three days before being sent via UPS Next Day Air Saver in insulated packaging. Orders only ship from Monday to Thursday. If you order on a Friday or over the weekend then it will be sent at the beginning of the next week in accordance with the aforementioned standards. This is to ensure that you receive our goods at the very best quality we can provide in accordance with applicable standards. If the destination is a commercial or business address please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods on you or business’ behalf. After shipping, The Butcher Block (“The Company”) is not liable for any spoilage, damage, contamination, or other similar deficiencies and/or resulting injuries and/or death which may result from consumption.
We do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery within 30 days of when you placed your order.
